After a year packed with love, heartbreak, and more drama than a single season probably should, Summer Bay’s 2025 season is heading towards its finale.

Home and Away’s most loved residents are boarding a party train bound for Off the Rails, a three-day music festival in Broken Hill, where music, drinks, and just the usual sprinkling of chaos are on the itinerary.

Remi (Adam Rowland) and Sonny (Ryan Bown) have lined up a performance for their newest signing, Eddie Shepherd (Stephen Madsen), and there’s even a surprise proposal in the mix—until the celebrations take a decidedly catastrophic turn.

A deadly derailment will throw the party train into chaos, leaving the fate of some key characters hanging in the balance. For others, it could be the literal end of the line, marking one of the show’s most dramatic disasters in 38 years.

This season has already delivered major moments, including Lynne McGranger’s departure, Cash and Eden’s ill-fated wedding, and a stunning WA-shot storyline featuring Brax and Ricky for 2026.

As Home and Away chugs towards its final week of 2025, it looks like Summer Bay is set for one last big shock before the credits roll.
