Undercover Jordan

Jordan (Tanisha Harper) was bored working as Deputy Mayor under Laura (Genie Francis). When an opportunity to work for Sidwell (Carlo Rota) presented itself, she took the job with all intentions of working undercover to expose her new boss.

She has been in her new role for a while now and hasn’t uncovered a single thing. What she discovered is that she likes the perks and the money she makes working for Sidwell. The ex-Deputy Mayor got herself a beautiful new apartment and seems quite comfortable in her position.

Her new boss is dangerous and has no qualms about killing those who get in his way. During their latest meeting, he informed Jordan and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) that he aims to gain control of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) piers through the election; however, if he loses, he will employ alternative means to achieve his objectives. He has already threatened Laura, who will not bend to his will.

Jordan is not a fan of Sonny and doesn’t approve of the mayor’s relationship with him. There could be a chance that she picks the lesser of two evils; in her mind, that may be Sidwell. Her bestie Anna (Finola Hughes) has disappeared, and without her counsel, she may be lured to the dark side.

What About Curtis?

Jordan was close to her dream of reuniting with Curtis (Donnell Turner). She has been holding a torch for her ex in all the years he’s been married to Portia (Brook Kerr). Why, we will never know.

Curtis could keep Jordan on the straight and narrow. He divorced her for lying to him, so she will not do it again, and he would never approve of working for the evil Sidwell. Unfortunately, Portia is pregnant, which may put a wrench in this reunion. If she doesn’t have her love, Jordan may go off the rails.
