Ned Is Down

The Qs know how to fight, and they do it often, but they happen to love each other. Now that Monica (the late Lesle Charleson) is gone, Ronnie (Erika Slezak) has left town, and Tracy (Jane Elliot) has inherited the house, it looked like things were about to settle down. No such luck.

Drew (Cameron Mathison) couldn’t get his hands on the mansion, so he decided to become a thief and then gloat about it. He happily told Ned (Wally Kurth) how he had all the Quartermaine belongings delivered to his house. As Ned became angrier and angrier, he clutched his chest and fell to the floor. Not surprisingly, Drew left him there.

This will obviously upset the whole family, especially Ned’s daughter, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Her mom has left town, and she will need support from her husband. Unfortunately, Chase (Josh Swickard) has not been making his wife his number one priority lately.

Chase Vs. Dante

Chase has been strangely preoccupied with Willow (Kately MacMullen). He has become obsessed with proving her innocence and getting her out of Pentonville. Brook Lynn had just become aware of how far Chase was going to help his ex. She should only know that he and Willow were holding hands in front of Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Ned’s heart attack may bring Gio (Giovanni Mazza) back into the family, who will all be thrilled, especially Brook Lynn and Dante. His parents have been patiently waiting and hoping that their newfound son would come around and forgive them. Signs are all pointing to that happening soon.

Dante will be there for his mom, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), while Ned is (hopefully) recovering. If Chase is off mooning over Willow, Brook Lynn will have her teenage flame right there for support. With Gio, they will be one big happy family. This can pull this couple back together again.

Chase is pushing his wife away and not knowingly towards Dante. If he doesn’t step up during her time of need, this couple is headed for divorce, which is sad because they were once a great couple.
