In the Friday, November 28 episode of Days of Our Lives, teasers say that someone is a no-show at the Horton family Thanksgiving celebration.

But the Hernandez clan gets an extra guest when Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) joins them, and Leo (Greg Rikaart) prepares a special surprise for Javi (Al Calderon) to demonstrate his love.

Plus, Tony (Thaao Penghlis) and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) find themselves joined by yet another prisoner in the DiMera crypt! Check out the gallery below for a sneak peek of what’s coming up on DAYS.

Thomas (Cary Christopher) is watching Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) folding napkins and setting the table for Thanksgiving dinner. Is the boy still mad that Jennifer agreed to invite his father to celebrate with the family?

Jack (Matthew Ashford) doesn’t look too pleased as he checks his phone with Jennifer. Might they be unable to reach Chad (Billy Flynn) and he’s the guest that doesn’t make it to the Horton Thanksgiving gathering?

Jack is talking with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes), but is it about the guest list for the day or Jennifer’s plan to take custody of Chad’s children away from him?

It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without some family love, and that’s just what Jack and Julie demonstrate as they share a warm embrace.

JJ (Casey Moss) is also included in the family celebration, and happily chats with Jack and Julie, perhaps about his job at the Salem PD?

Naturally, as the Hortons gather together, there is one particular person who Julie is missing most of all: her husband, Doug (played by the late Bill Hayes).

Unfortunately, trapped in the DiMera crypt, Tony (Thaao Penghlis) and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) are only able to enjoy canned food for Thanksgiving. But hey — at least their captor is feeding them!

The pair also find themselves with a new crypt-mate as they discover someone hog-tied on the floor with a mask covering their face.

After Kristen removes the hood, they see that another DiMera has joined them in their makeshift prison: Chad! But who is holding them prisoner, and to what nefarious end?
