Emmerdale fans predict gang to end villain’s village misery
The Emmerdale village has been tortured by a mother and son crime duo
Emmerdale fans have predicted a gang of fan favourites might be able to clobber together and stop a crime duo from continuing to wreak havoc on the village.
Ray Walters and his mother, Celia Daniels, have run a county lines drug scheme in Emmerdale in recent months, with April Windsor and Dylan Penders embroiled in their plans. It has left Dylan in hospital, April’s father and step-mum, Marlon Dingle and Rhona Goskirk, scrambling to find any money they can to buy Ray and Celia out of their lives, and the village on edge as Christmas is around the corner.
Some fans have now predicted how a group of fan favourites should surely come together and spot what is going on, especially as Ray deals drugs throughout the village.
“Ross [Dingle], Mackenzie [Boyd], Lewis [Barton] and Robert [Sugden] all know that Ray is a drug dealer after he wanted Lewis’ weed,” one fan said on an Emmerdale Reddit fan thread. “Surely one at least one of them would have seen Ray still sniffing around in the village or seen him with Laurel [Thomas]? What’s the likelihood of all four of them not seeing Ray still sniffing around in the village? I know Ross saw him a few months ago but that didn’t lead to anywhere apart from Ross warning him to stay away from the village.”

Another fan said: “Good point! It’s ridiculous and maybe we just have to accept at this point that everyone in the village is a moron. Maybe the Emmerdale universe is in the future and everyone is an idiot.” Another fan suggested: “They don’t think that his drug dealing is a big deal.”
Emmerdale continues on ITV1 and ITVX.
