‘General Hospital’ Teases A Reunion, A Request, And More Amid Preemptions
General Hospital has been off for the past few days. As Parade reported, Major League Baseball playoffs have taken over ABC.
The good news is that there are a few preview videos that will give fans their General Hospital fix.
Nathan West and James West Meet on General Hospital
In one preview video making the rounds on X, a back-from-the-dead Nathan (Ryan Paevey) sees his son James (Gary James Fuller) for the first time. Nathan “died” when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) was pregnant with their son.
However, now that Nathan has returned, it’s time for him to connect with his son. Fuller is amazing as little James bringing a soda to the dad he thought was with the angels.
There’s a clear connection between Nathan and James from the second the latter enters the hospital room. They simply talk sodas, but what they don’t say speaks volumes.
A tissue might be needed while watching this father-son meeting for sure.
General Hospital’s Tracey Has A Request for Michael
Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) passing has left a void in the Quartermaine family. It has also prompted Tracy (Jane Elliot) to be a fierce protector of anything or anyone Monica loved.
Another preview video shows her doing just that with Michael (Rory Gibson) as they discuss Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Once Tracy makes it clear she will protect Michael at all costs, she asks one thing of him.
Tracy wants to be allowed to stay in the Quartermaine family home when it’s revealed that Monica left the house to Michael. After all, it’s Tracy’s family home, even though Alan (Stuart Damon) gave it to Monica.
Ric’s Escape Goes Awry On General Hospital
The last time General Hospital fans saw Ric (Rick Hearst), he had managed to escape Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement. In the last preview making the rounds on X, fans see Ava (Maura West) clock Ric with a tray.
Ric falls to the ground, screaming Ava’s name as a rattled Alexis looks on in horror. The clip is very quick but reveals that Ric’s escape doesn’t go as planned.
Due to General Hospital’s day hiatus this week, it’s unclear when these moments will be on the ABC soap. It could be in a day or next week, so make sure to keep watching.
