‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Did Monica’s Death Make Michael See The Situation With Willow Differently?

Michael has been working overtime to shore up his alibi, and he even paid sex workerJacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) to claim they were together the night Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was shot.

Interestingly, Michael stopped by Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) home. Willow has been staying with Liz after her non-wedding. Michael wanted to tell Willow that he’d changed his mind and wanted her to see the kids.

The only caveat for Willow? She must agree to the supervision of a therapist during a weekly one-hour visit.

Unsurprisingly, Willow focused more on the fact that Michael wanted her visits controlled rather than on his generous offer.

However, before Michael entered Liz’s humble abode, we saw him suspiciously glancing around the property, as if he didn’t want anyone to know he was there.

Some fans think it can’t be a coincidence that Michael suddenly decided to allow Willow to interact with their children. Let’s look at this logically: Willow’s mental health hasn’t improved , and she’s back together with Drew.

Yet we have to wonder whether Michael is sincere in his offer. Perhaps Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) death has made Michael realize that life is short and tomorrow isn’t guaranteed to anyone.

After all, death has a way of changing people’s attitudes toward the way they live their lives, especially if it involves the death of a close family member or loved one.

Plus, maybe Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos’s (Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) cries for their mother were starting to soften his stance on Willow.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Michael May Have Planted The Gun At Elizabeth’s House

Michael definitely doesn’t want Drew anywhere near their kids, which is perfectly understandable, and Willow should keep that in mind.

Michael also mentioned to Willow that he doesn’t want his children to endure whatJason Morgan (Steve Burton) is going through. Jason regrets missing time with his mother.

However, Michael stressed to Willow that she must abide by his rules. Willow noted that he had all the power in their relationship, apparently not comprehending that Michael didn’t even need to grant her access to the children.

Viewers will soon find out whether Michael is setting Willow up for revenge and taking the heat off himself. It wouldn’t surprise us if that were the case.

Fans know that Willow gaslightedSasha Corbin(Sofia Mattsson) and drove her out of Port Charles with Michael’s baby, Daisy Gilmore(Brenden and Evelyn Beimford), which is a clear motive for revenge.

That said, after Willow and Michael’s chat, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) showed up at Elizabeth’s home with a search warrant.

Anna finds Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) gun and tells Liz she must accompany her to the police station.

Perhaps Michael is Drew’s shooter, and he devised this plan to make Willow think he’s on board with her seeing the kids, but his real reason for the visit was to distract Willow and plant the gun at Liz’s home.

Or, maybe it’s Michael’s way of allowing Willow to see her children one last time before she’s hauled off to prison. We think that Willow may most likely be guilty of shooting Drew. She claimed she would do anything for her children.

Somehow, we can’t really imagine any world in which Michael seriously changes his mind about Willow seeing the kids. We hope he has a good plan.
