The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Monday, December 8 reveals Eric Forrester (John McCook) will have it out with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Also coming up, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will discuss their upcoming nuptials.

B&B spoilers tease Hope and Liam’s big day is just around the corner. In fact, it’ll take place this week. Of course, there’ll still be many details to arrange, like telling Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) his wife isn’t invited.

B&B Daily Scoop – Daphne Told Ridge He Was Making A Mistake

As viewers know, Beth Spencer (Jordyn Gracie) has taken on the dual roles of officiant and wedding planner and her parents couldn’t be prouder. However, will the ceremony, taking place at Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) estate, go off without a hitch?

Meanwhile, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) warned Ridge it was a mistake to force retirement on his father and questioned whether Eric should have to accept it. “I come from a different part of the world,” she added. “A culture that views elders with more reverence than this.”

Unfortunately, Ridge refused to listen and Eric was livid when he walked into the Forrester Creations boardroom and realized he was at his own retirement party. It wasn’t something he wanted or even asked for. But when he pushed back and said he wasn’t retiring, Ridge told him yes he was.

Bold And The Beautiful Scoop – Eric Refuses To Accept Ridge’s Ultimatum

On Monday, the Forrester patriarch won’t accept Ridge’s ultimatum that he retire immediately. “You never listen to a word I say,” Eric tells his son in the B&B weekly preview. Ridge will counter his claim and say he listens to everything he says.

“I will not be put out to pasture!” Eric will shout, and he’ll accuse his son of betraying him. But will his protestation have any effect? Or will Ridge, et al, force him into retirement anyway? Stay tuned!
