DOOL’s weekly promo kicks off with Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien), who appears to be in the hospital wing that’s under construction when the power goes out.

Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) will also get swept up in a close moment with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) as the blackout hits.

Xander will encourage Sarah to stay, so they’ll let passion erupt once darkness falls. As for Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), she’ll be home alone during this power outage.

Meanwhile, Belle Black (Martha Madison) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel) will get trapped in an elevator thanks to the blackout that’s happening, so there’ll be plenty of tension.

Next, Days spoilers say Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will get stuck with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) at Titan until the power comes back on.

Brady will think they might as well bring Gabi in the loop since the whole world’s going to find out sooner or later.

Gabi will have to play dumb about listening through the bug that was planted and see if she can gather any additional intel.

Over with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), he’ll share a flirty exchange with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and suggest they’ll have to figure out a new place to meet.

Cat and Chad have a make-out session ahead of them, so stay tuned to see if that could lead to hitting the sheets, too.

In the town square, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will seem on edge when she senses that someone might be following her in the dark.

There’ll indeed be a stalker situation as someone lurks in the shadows holding flowers. “Hello? Is someone there?” a nervous Stephanie calls out in Days’ weekly preview video.

All signs point to this person being Stephanie’s abusive ex, Jeremy Horton, since Michael Roark seems poised to step into the role for some fall drama.

Other Days spoilers say Arianna “Ari” Horton (Marissa Reyes) will let Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to hang out in the dorm room she shares with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), who’ll be asleep during the blackout.

Once Sophia steals a moment alone with slumbering Holly, she’ll set a new scandal in motion.

Sophia will take some naughty-looking pics of Holly in her sleepwear and insist this couldn’t have worked out better if she planned it herself.
