Belle Surprises Marlena

It’s Thanksgiving Day in Salem, and while most families are gathering around the table to celebrate, this year, a few loved ones are stuck in the hospital and unable to take part in their usual at-home traditions.

One of those is Marlena (Deidre Hall). At the moment, she’s confined to a hospital bed, fighting off an infection that isn’t responding well to antibiotics.

Things have gotten serious enough that doctors now need to implant a temporary pacemaker. It’s not exactly the holiday anyone hoped for… but that doesn’t mean Thanksgiving can’t come to her.

Since Marlena can’t go home, Belle (Martha Madison) has a surprise planned for her mom—and it definitely looks like she’s bringing the celebration straight to Marlena’s bedside.

Watching Over Rachel

Another Salem resident spending the holiday in the hospital is Rachel (Alice Halsey). After crossing a major line—nearly killing not one, but two people—she’s in desperate need of psychiatric help.

For now, she’s being held in the hospital under close watch, with Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Tate (Leo Howard) staying by her side and holding on to hope. Rachel’s future is uncertain, but at least she isn’t facing it alone.

Alex is Worried

Meanwhile, across town, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is on edge over Stephanie’s (Abigail Klein) safety—and he has every reason to be worried.

Jeremy (Michael Roark) is back in Salem, and while he keeps insisting he’s a changed man, Stephanie’s painful history with him still lingers in the air. On top of that, Stephanie is clearly being stalked by someone… but who? Can Alex protect her from whatever—or whoever—is closing in?

Thanksgiving for the Bradys

And of course, Thanksgiving in Salem wouldn’t be complete without the Bradys. According to the Days spoilers for November 27, the family gathers at the Brady Pub to count their blessings, share some food, and lean on one another the way only the Bradys can.

So while this Thanksgiving brings its share of tension, danger, and hospital visits, Salem still finds a way to hold onto the good—family, gratitude, and a whole lot of heart.
