Emmerdale Dylan’s death ‘sealed’ as fans ‘work out’ who ‘finishes him off’ in hospital

Emmerdale could be set to air a shock death as Dylan Sanders’ fate has been ‘unveiled’

Emmerdale fans fear a death is on the cards for newcomer Dylan Sanders after being involved in a hit-and-run.

Dylan (Fred Kettle) made his debut on the ITV soap this year in a special episode centred on April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) after she ran away from home and lived on the streets.

In recent months though, the pair have found themselves trapped in the dangerous world of drug dealing and sex work, engineered by villain Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) and his mum Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths).

The sick mother-and-son duo forced April and Dylan into becoming drug couriers to settle an ever-growing debt, whilst April has also faced pressure into sexual exploitation.

Celia and Ray are also the ringleaders of the operation that has seen slaves working on their farmland just on the outskirts of the village, including Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards).

This week though, Dylan found Bear and following his discovery, ran to tell everyone in the village. But unfortunately for Dylan, Ray later hit Dylan with his car before he was seen kneeling down and injecting Dylan with something in a bid to silence him forever.

In Friday’s episode (December 5) of Emmerdale it was revealed that a comatose Dylan was still on life support and April rushed to hospital to be by his side. However, with Dylan still in a coma, fans have ‘worked out’ his fate – and it’s not looking good.

On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one person mused: “I’ve got a feeling Ray or Celia might finish Dylan off in hospital and kill him.” A second agreed: “I thought that as well.” A third chimed in: “Wouldn’t put it past them.” Another also mused: “Yep think Dylan will eventually die.”

Meanwhile it looks like Celia’s reign of teror could be coming to an end soon, as actress Jaye recently announced that she’s leaving the soap after just four months on the ITV show.

Speaking about her exit, Jaye said: “I knew it was finite, which I am very sad about, because I would like to stay forever, but it’s such a strong arc. It’s heaven, one of the nicest places I’ve ever worked, and I’ve done a little bit of work before!

“It is gentle and kind and professional and funny, and people care that it’s good. People care that we tell the story properly. It’s a joy to come to work. I’m gushing now, aren’t I?”

Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
