Emmerdale fans have predicted a Dingle showdown after April looked as if she was about to be coerced into a sexual encounter with an older man.

April Windsor has been dealing drugs for Ray Walters and Celia Daniels as part of an ongoing County Lines storyline. In tonight’s harrowing episode, she delivered cocaine to a client called Tim in a hotel room.

Tim attempted to coerce April into taking drugs with him and at one point un-did his belt. He repeatedly fawned over the 16-year-old April, telling her she was a “bonny lass” and offered to give her a neck rub. When April stormed out in tears, he shouted after her that he “didn’t get what he’d paid for”.

Celia manipulated April into continue doing work for the drugs operation. However, Emmerdale viewers have predicted the Dingle clan will eventually find out – including April’s dad Marlon, uncles Cain and Aaron, and aunt Moira.

They’ve said this will result in a Dingle showdown where they exact revenge on Ray and Celia. Taking to X, @andy_rossiter76 said: “April being groomed is a dark episode. Wait till Marlon & Cain find out…Celia and Ray won’t stand a chance!!”

@iamjamietv said “It annoys me that these big abusive storylines happen to a Dingle when all they have to do is tell Cain and Aaron and it’s all sorted. Was bad enough when it was Belle.”
