A divorce could be on the cards for one couple inEmmerdale – but it is not Robert and his prison husband.

Mike is back in the village and is threatening Vinny about the court case that is due to go ahead later this week. After bullying Vinny to drop the case or mess up in court, he is soon reassured that Vinny will purposely contradict himself to look like he is lying in front of the judge . Feeling smug that he has scared Vinny and wont tell the truth in court, Mike walks out of the house.

Later on in the episode Gabby comes home and sees that Vinny is shaken up after his chat with Mike. She tries to ask him what is wrong but ends up being shouted at instead with Vinny walking out of the house. Vinny is later in the Woolpack with Kammy where he tells him what happened with Mike and how Gabby will not be called up as a witness.

Although he promised Mike that he could lie in court, Vinny tells Kammy he is planning to double cross him and tell the truth in court to get rid of Mike once and for all. But most importantly Gabby will not know anything about what happened. Well, that is until Gabby types up the surname of Mike in the court case search bar and discovers everything.

Gabby finds out that Mike is up for charges of Actual Bodily Harm and extortion. Will she turn up to the court tomorrow and will it be the end for the couple already? Fans discussed the episode.
