‘General Hospital’ Preview: Tracy Returns to Port Charles

The latest General Hospital preview reveals that Tracy (Jane Elliot) is finally back in Port Charles.

It’s been weeks since Tracy left town to get some much-needed rest and relaxation at a spa following Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) death and the aftermath of dealing with Monica’s long-lost sister, Ronnie (Erika Slezak).

Now Tracy is back, but she doesn’t get the warm welcome home she expected from her family. In a General Hospital sneak peek, Tracy comes back to find no one waiting for her, with her return catching Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) off guard.

Brook Lynn is surprised and thrilled to hear her grandmother’s voice, as the duo share a lovely hug before Tracy quickly points out that no one gathered for her homecoming.

Even though Tracy says it’s okay, her actions speak volumes about how she really feels. The happy moment quickly takes a turn as Brook Lynn admits the family wanted to give Ned (Wally Kurth) and Tracy some alone time.

Cue Ned walking in happily to greet his mother, but Tracy isn’t buying his happy demeanor. Tracy wants answers about what she missed, and she wants them now.

The preview ends there, as General Hospital fans wait to see how Tracy reacts to Ned having a heart attack and no one calling to tell her. Ned, Brook Lynn, and the rest of the Quartermaine family have a lot of explaining to do, that’s for sure.

Keeping her in the dark isn’t going to please Tracy, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg of the Port Charles chaos Tracy has to catch up on.

Just wait until Tracy finds out Drew (Cameron Mathison) caused Ned’s heart attack by stealing the Quartermaine heirlooms, and then Drew left Ned for dead after accusing him of faking it.

General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
