There’s rarely a day in Port Charles when something shocking doesn’t happen. Right now, it’s Nina (Cynthia Watros) who’s carrying the latest bombshell, and she’s about to drop it.

In Monday’s episode of GH, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) arrives at the hospital after getting a message from Nina that sounded urgent. She immediately wonders if it’s about James (Gary James Fuller) or Maxie (Kirsten Storms). It’s not either of them, but what Nina has to share will affect them both.

Nina, not wanting to say it twice, suggests they wait for Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) to arrive before diving into the drama. Britt shows up shortly after, clearly annoyed. She wants to know what the big emergency is — after all, it’s her first day back in the ER and she’s not exactly looking to get fired.

Nina explains she’s trying to arrange a family reunion. Sounds harmless enough… until it becomes clear that both Liesl and Britt may be under the wrong impression. Because Nina’s not talking about them. She has a different shocker: Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is alive. And they’re all going to need each other to get through this.

Anna Gets New Evidence

Meanwhile, the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting case is heating up. No arrests yet, but everyone seems to have their alibis in order — or at least, they’ve gotten their stories straight. That’s something. But things might be about to change. Anna’s (Finola Hughes) about to uncover new evidence that could flip the whole thing on its head.

Elsewhere, Michael (Rory Gibson) is busy shoring up his own alibi. He and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) have cooked up a version of events and handed it to the cops, but she’s not convinced they bought it. Now, Michael might have to do a little more work to make sure their story sticks.

Tracy Questions Veronica

Also coming up in the September 29 episode of GH: Tracy (Jane Elliot) gives Veronica Bard (Erika Slezak) an icy welcome when she finds her lurking in the Quartermaine family crypt. Tracy’s got questions — like why Veronica’s there, what she wants, and why she’s showing up now of all times.
