On the Wednesday, September 17, episode of General Hospital, spoilers tease that Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) makes an alarming realization. Does this mean trouble for him and Trina (Tabyana Ali)?

Chase (Josh Swickard) is feeling frustrated by his job, having to keep important information about Drew (Cameron Mathison) supposedly bribing the custody judge to manipulate Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). He opens up to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) about it. “I have information that would keep Willow from destroying her life,” he tells Brook Lynn. How will she advise her husband? Also, Chase and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) compare notes.

Speaking of Willow, she has plenty to say to Tracy (Jane Elliot). Is it about Drew, Michael (Rory Gibson) or another person in Tracy’s life? “For your sake, I hope you take it,” Willow says to Tracy. Will Tracy give as good as she gets?

Spoilers tease that Cody (Josh Kelly) is taken aback. Why wouldn’t he be? His big sandwich has been swiped by Outback! Does he realize that there are a lot of people looking for the precious pooch? But Outback won’t be his only visitor. Needing a friend, Dante pays a visit to Cody at the stables. “Stop me from doing something stupid,” Dante tells his longtime friend.

At Bobbie’s, Jason (Steve Burton) talks with Carly (Laura Wright), and the subject of her kids comes up. Will Jason be able to keep Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) WSB status a secret? “You find out something about one of my kids, you have to tell me,” she tells her best friend. Jason also delivers somber news.
Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Joss have a short reprieve, despite going against Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) rules about agents being involved. They use the time to discuss the case and the risk that Joss could be exposed as a WSB agent by Jason and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). “What incentive does she have to keep her mouth shut?” Vaughn asks Joss. Meanwhile, Britt has a scratchy encounter. She wakes up in a bed, complete with an eye mask, looking confused. “Where the hell am I?” Britt asks out loud. Will there be someone there who answers her?
