General Hospital star Adrian Anchondo (Marco) ended 2025 by revealing he’s dating Days of our Lives’ Colton Little (Andrew).

Anchondo took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos of him with Little. The two men spent Christmas together in Puerto Rico and Florida.

It was smiles all around for Little and Anchondo as they embarked on adventures, spent time on the beach, and enjoyed some food and drinks. Little even gave Anchondo a kiss on the cheek to help hard lunch this romance.

“This Christmas made my heart pop 🥹 Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida 🐸,” read Anchondo’s caption on the social media share.

Fans popped into the comments to express their happiness for the couple.

“The most beautiful boys – happy NY to u both 🔥♥️” and “Omg you and Colton make the most beautiful couple!” are a couple of those comments.

In an interview with Michael Fairman TV, Anchondo revealed how the relationship started. The actor reached out to Little after landing his gig on General Hospital as Marco Rios earlier this year.

“We knew of each other through mutual friends; so I knew of him for a long time. I started asking Colton about what his experience was like on soaps and asked about SAG health insurance, etc. We met up one night and were hooked from then on,” Anchondo revealed.

They may have just taken their relationship public, but it seems that Anchondo didn’t keep his General Hospital family in the dark about his new romance. Earlier this month, General Hospital star Kelly Thiebaud (Britt) shared a video of the cast on a bowling outing.

In the footage, Anchondo and Little walked into the bowling alley together as all the General Hospital stars made a grand entrance for the video. Little also posed with the rest of the ABC soap crew, all of whom sported mustaches.

Anchondo’s on-screen romantic interest, Van Hansis (Lucas), was also part of the fun. The group was rounded out with Rory Gibson (Michael), Braedyn Bruner (Emma), Giovanni Mazza (Gio), Katelyn MacMullen (Willow), and Tanisha Harper (Jordan).

Love is in the air for Little and Anchondo, who confirmed their relationship as the year ends.
