“I’ve always believed that the most beautiful things in life come when you least expect them,” Spiridakos began. “Over the past year, my life has changed in ways I could have never imagined — in the best possible way. Spiridakos, who portrayed Detective Hailey Upton on Chicago P.D. for seven seasons, officially exited the series in May 2024. Now, Tracy is embracing a new role — one that’s off-screen but even more life-changing.
