What Happened This Week on Days of Our Lives?

Sophia was laying low, with nearly everyone in Salem trying to track her down for answers. Why? Because she was suspected of sabotaging Johnny and Chanel’s adoption of baby Tesoro and of framing Holly. Oh, and the jaw-dropping reveal that Tate isn’t actually the father of her baby, like he was led to believe for months.

When Steve and Brady finally tracked her down in a room upstairs at the Brady Pub, they brought her downstairs for a reckoning. One by one, those she’d hurt confronted her—and as the pressure built, Sophia cracked.

In a raw, gut-wrenching scene, she began beating her head and crying out that she couldn’t take it anymore. And then, in the most heartbreaking moment of the week, she collapsed. Thankfully, Javi was there to catch her and bring her back to consciousness. Sophia was rushed to the hospital, where she was later diagnosed with a psychological break.

And that, right there, is where Rachel Boyd lit up the screen.
