Strictly’s Lewis Cope’s Emmerdale co-star speaks out after ‘winning’ performance
The actor was top of the leader board after his impressive Paso Doble
Strictly’s Lewis Cope’s Emmerdale co-star Lisa Riley has rushed to praise the actor after his “winning” performance.

During Saturday night’s (October 11) instalment of Strictly Come Dancing, the 13 celebrities prepared for the third of the live shows for Movie Week.
Although 14 were supposed to compete, Neighbours actor Stefan Dennis was unable to participate due to illness, but hopes to return next week.
After a show filled with Mary Poppins, The Devil Wears Prada, The Lion King and Barbie, Lewis Cope was the last to dance.
Performing with partner Katya Jones, they danced the Paso doble to The Plaza of Execution from The Mask of Zorro.
Lewis ended his performance with the highest score of the night, receiving 37 points just pipping Amber Davies to the top spot.
His Emmerdale co-star Lisa Riley took to Instagram as she praised the actor. She penned: “10 10 10 10 Best Dance of The Night………….beyond beyond BRILLIANT…congratulations @lewiscope @katyajones @bbcstrictly”.
Fans of Emmerdale will recall that Lewis played the role of Nicky Miligan, son of Caleb Miligan.

Lewis was nominated for the Rising Star Award at the 2023 National Television Awards for the role.
He’s been scoring consistently high over the last few weeks, and fans were quick to take to social media to praise him after his most recent performance.
